Description
As an Art Producer for Eleventh Hour Games, you'll be instrumental in managing the development, scheduling, and delivery of all visual assets for our video game projects. You'll serve as the vital bridge between the art team, production, and other departments, ensuring that our artistic vision is brought to life on time and within scope.We're a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and fully remote studio where initiative and passion drive our success. This role demands excellent communication, project management, and team management skills, as you'll be working with a global team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day communication and escalation with creative and operational stakeholders to efficiently manage the execution of cross-team initiatives.
- Take ownership of the art pipeline, partnering with discipline leads to determine the time and resources necessary to bring projects to completion.
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps, meticulously considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases.
- Provide transparency on project status and risks, ensuring all stakeholders are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases.
- Communicate frequently with the rest of the production team and project leads on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure all art assets fit within our technical budgets and meet our performance requirements.
- Conduct visual gut checks on every art asset that enters the game to ensure proper implementation and visual quality.
- Act as a representative of the art department, ensuring their needs are met, including requesting and managing necessary tools.
- Maintain and optimize task tracking and art production planning alongside other art producers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in game production or project management.
- Professional experience in a studio with full-cycle game release.
- Experience managing asset delivery pipelines across multiple art disciplines.
- Good understanding of technical art practices and in-engine implementation.
- Ability to plan ahead, think creatively, identify issues/roadblocks, and develop plans to prevent or minimize their impact on day-to-day operations.
- Good understanding of what it takes to build, track, and maintain schedules, and to drive projects to completion in a timely manner.
- Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure.
- A genuine love for ARPGs.
