Description
We're seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Product (VP Level) to define and drive our product vision, strategy, and execution. This is a unique opportunity to lead the future of customer engagement and redefine a category-defining SaaS platform. You'll leverage our strong foundation to build a beautifully simple, autonomous product that empowers customers to engage seamlessly throughout the customer lifecycle.Your Mission
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a differentiated product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and inspires team excellence.
- Drive Category Evolution: Leverage our expertise, customer data, and AI to transform the customer engagement landscape.
- Champion Customer-First Approach: Cultivate a product culture that prioritizes customer needs, user delight, and continuous value delivery.
- Lead Product Discovery: Ensure the prioritization of high-impact problems, maximizing customer value and strategic alignment.
- Foster High R&D Velocity: Partner with engineering to drive rapid, iterative feature delivery and platform improvements.
- Drive Innovation: Leverage data, AI, and first-principles thinking to create breakthrough customer solutions.
- Scale Product & Design Teams: Build, mentor, and develop a world-class product and design organization.
- Cultivate Transparency & Ownership: Lead with transparency, fostering a culture of ownership and trust.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with GTM leaders, engineering, customers, and partners to translate vision into execution and revenue growth.
- Establish Key Metrics & Measure Outcomes: Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate to optimize product impact.
- Own Product Offering & Drive Business Outcomes: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business results.
- Serve as Executive Team Member: Contribute strategically to the executive team.
- Maximize Commercialization: Ensure product development is paired with effective commercialization.
What You Bring
- Visionary Product Leadership: Proven track record of building elegant, high-impact software that customers love.
- SaaS Leadership Expertise: Experience leading product teams in SaaS environments ($20m-$150m ARR), where design and UX are critical.
- Customer Experience Mastery: Deep understanding of customer journeys, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of code base composition, engineering metrics, and data processing management.
- Complexity Simplification: Skilled at transforming complex tools into turn-key solutions that deliver clear value.
- AI & Data-Driven Innovation: Experience and passion for leveraging data, tooling, and AI to enhance customer value.
- First-Principles Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems into simple, scalable solutions.
- Strong Leadership & Influence: Ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
- Bias for Action: Pragmatic, hands-on, and execution-focused.
- GTM & MarTech Expertise: Expertise and experience working with GTM and martech tools.
