Join Appcues and build tools that empower thousands of customers to revolutionize product adoption for millions of end-users, all without writing code. You'll be a key player in developing our React-based Builder and Studio applications and our JavaScript SDK, used by world-class customers like Fullstory, Surfline, and Hotjar.

Your Mission

• Build Powerful UX: Develop and maintain features for our React applications and JavaScript SDK, focusing on high-quality, accessible, and performant user experiences.
• Collaborate & Architect: Collaborate with designers and engineers to architect solutions, break down epics, and implement features.
• Drive Frontend Innovation: Contribute to the development of our JavaScript and CSS codebase, leveraging modern tools and libraries (React, styled-components, Tailwind, xstate.js, Web Components, Vite).
• Champion Quality & Testing: Write unit and integration tests, ensuring code quality and automating testing processes.
• Enhance Design Systems: Create scalable design systems and reusable, interactive components.
• Translate Customer Needs: Collaborate with product, customer success, technical support, and sales to translate customer needs into exceptional UX.
• Participate in All Development Stages: Contribute to discovery and user testing of new features and products.
• Embrace Modern Tools: Leverage AI tools (cursor.com, OpenAI, Anthropic) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
