Description
Join our growing sales team and be the driving force behind our new customer acquisition! As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll be the crucial first point of contact for prospective therapists, identifying and qualifying leads before connecting them with our Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). You'll play a vital role in building our pipeline and setting the stage for successful deals.Your Mission
- Strategic Prospecting & Qualification: Conduct proactive outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage and qualify prospective therapists.
- Effective Lead Nurturing: Identify and nurture therapists who are a strong fit for Heard's services, guiding them through the sales funnel.
- High-Quality Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality consults for the ISR team by understanding prospect needs and challenges.
- Collaborative ISR Partnership: Work closely with two paired ISRs to strategize outreach and maximize conversion rates.
- Accurate Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in HubSpot, tracking prospect interactions and next steps.
- Sales Enablement Utilization: Leverage sales scripts, case studies, and value-based messaging to drive engagement and interest.
What You Bring
- Proven Outbound Sales Experience: 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role.
- Relevant Industry Experience (Bonus): Experience in SaaS, fintech, or a service-based sales environment.
- Strong Communication & Listening: Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- High-Volume Outreach Management: Ability to manage a high volume of outreach and follow-ups efficiently.
- CRM Proficiency (HubSpot Preferred): Comfortable working with CRM systems, HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Coachability & Growth Mindset: Open to feedback and a strong desire to learn and grow.
