Description

Heard is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Software Engineer (4+ years) to lead the development of our financial back-office for therapists. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the Heard API and backend infrastructure, playing a pivotal part in our product and business growth.

Your Mission:

• Full-Stack Leadership: Master and lead the technology stack (Node, Express, AWS, Postgres) to build robust and scalable systems.
• Architectural Evolution: Drive the evolution of our system architecture to meet current and future business needs.

What You Bring

• Proven Software Engineering Experience: 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with strong TypeScript experience.
• Complex Systems Development: Experience building complex systems, making informed decisions on scope, architecture, and feasibility.
• Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and drive projects forward.
• Detail-Oriented & Observant: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality code.
