Description

We are seeking talented Senior and Staff level Data Engineers to build a robust and scalable foundation for data onboarding. You will develop automated data ingestion pipelines and ad platform integrations, empowering our customers to maximize the value of their first-party data. You will be at the heart of our product, owning critical onboarding and analysis pipelines for a rapidly growing enterprise customer base.

Your Mission

• Develop Scalable Data Ingestion: Build efficient data ingestion pipelines on Google Cloud Platform using Python and other appropriate languages.
• Drive Customer Data Onboarding: Own the onboarding process, helping customers seamlessly connect their data to our platform and execute experiments.
• Direct Customer Collaboration: Work directly with customers to understand their needs and propose tailored data onboarding solutions.
• Strategic Partnership & Optimization: Partner with science and engineering leaders to identify opportunities for friction reduction and customer satisfaction enhancement.
• Automate & Scale Onboarding: Design and implement automation strategies to scale the onboarding process.
• Explore Innovative Solutions: Research and evaluate new onboarding solutions and opportunities.

What You Bring

• Proven Software Engineering Experience: 4-7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Distributed Systems Expertise: Experience building and deploying large-scale distributed systems using Python, Go, Scala/Java, or similar languages.
• API Integration Mastery: Strong experience with third-party API integrations.
• Cloud Infrastructure Proficiency: Experience with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS, etc.).
• SQL Database Expertise: Experience working with SQL databases.
• Quality & Reliability Focus: A commitment to building robust systems with performance metrics, monitoring, and graceful degradation.

• Startup Experience: Experience working in early-stage startups.
• Infrastructure Management: Experience with build systems and infrastructure management tools like Terraform.
• Data Warehouse Expertise: Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, RedShift).
• Advanced Education: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
