Haus is experiencing rapid growth, and we're seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Manager to build a world-class go-to-market motion. You'll partner closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams, providing strategic guidance, analysis, and tooling to accelerate our growth. - Drive Strategic Planning: Contribute to go-to-market planning processes, establishing and reporting on key sales and CS KPIs (attainment, pipeline, productivity, NRR).
- Enhance Team Productivity: Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, maximizing team efficiency.
- Develop Reporting & Analysis: Design and deliver custom and regular reports in Google Sheets and Salesforce, providing actionable insights.
- Co-Own CRM & Tooling: Collaborate on Salesforce CRM management, leading projects to improve reporting and processes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align revenue strategies and ensure seamless operations.
- Provide Training & Support: Train and support sales teams on new tools and processes.
- Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analysis to provide strategic recommendations to sales leadership.
What You Bring
- Extensive Revenue Operations Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role, preferably in Enterprise B2B SaaS or startups.
- Sales Operations Expertise: Proven experience building sales operations functions and partnering with senior sales leaders.
- Data Analysis Proficiency: Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (SQL, Tableau).
- Sales Automation & Enrichment Knowledge: Familiarity with account enrichment tools and sales automation platforms.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Adaptability & Action Bias: Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a strong bias to action.
- Salesforce CRM Expertise: Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM.
