As a Measurement Strategy Manager, you'll partner with a portfolio of customers to define and execute their measurement roadmaps. You'll translate complex data into actionable insights, driving critical business decisions and establishing Haus as the cornerstone of incrementality measurement.Your Mission
- Develop Strategic Experimentation Roadmaps: Co-design experimentation roadmaps, aligning media plans and business goals to maximize testing impact.
- Guide Customers Through Experimentation: Shepherd customers through the entire experimentation process, from design to implementation, interpretation, and action.
- Provide Measurement Expertise: Advise customers on best practices to maximize platform ROI and connect business questions with Haus product offerings.
- Deliver Actionable Insights: Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex test results into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Manage Risks & Escalations: Proactively identify and manage risks and escalations, leveraging internal resources to ensure customer success.
- Develop Scalable Resources & Playbooks: Contribute to the creation of collateral, resources, playbooks, and workflows to enhance service quality and scalability.
- Collaborate on Product Development: Partner with Product, Science, and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into scalable product features.
- Drive Customer Renewals & Expansion: Own customer renewals and identify qualified cross-sell opportunities.
What You Bring
- Growth Marketing Expertise: Deep empathy for growth marketers' measurement needs, with 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or marketing science.
- Paid Media Proficiency: Fluent understanding of paid media buying.
- Measurement Passion: A genuine passion for experimentation and data-driven storytelling.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proven experience in a customer relationship management role, collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional Productivity: Ability to produce high-quality work at a rapid pace while managing multiple tasks.
- Early-Stage/Ambiguous Environment Experience: Demonstrated success in early-stage companies or highly ambiguous environments.
- Scrappy & Resourceful: Proactive and resourceful, filling gaps to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Strong Communication & Presentation: Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
