Join Haus as our Head of Design and lead the vision and execution of our design strategy. You'll manage a talented team, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure our product's UI/UX empowers users to extract meaningful quantitative insights. Your deep understanding of data and mathematical concepts will be crucial in translating complex information into intuitive user experiences.

Your Mission

• Drive Design Vision & Strategy: Oversee the overarching UI/UX of our product, while also diving deep into specific projects.
• Lead & Mentor Design Team: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of individual contributor designers.
• Establish Design Best Practices: Create and uphold design best practices, managing complex, cross-functional design projects.
• Shape Product Language & Content: Drive the vision for product language and content across our platform.
• Prioritize & Drive Alignment: Effectively prioritize tasks, use data to inform decisions, and seek input to align on conflicting priorities.
• Transform Complexity into Elegance: Translate complex data solutions into elegant and user-friendly experiences.

What You Bring

• Proven Startup/Growth Environment Experience: Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, startup or growth phase environment.
• Extensive Product/UX Design Experience: 8+ years of experience in Product/UX Design.
• Data-Driven Design Expertise: Proven experience tackling complex data challenges and translating intricate data concepts into intuitive designs.
• Design System Management: Experience managing design systems or working closely with design system owners.
• Strong Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building skills and experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Effective Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, scientists, stakeholders, and senior business leaders.
