- Identify, source, and execute high-impact strategic partnerships with consumer-facing blockchain projects looking to build on Arbitrum technology.
- Define and lead consumer growth initiatives to expand Arbitrum’s reach and impact in the ecosystem.
- Stay current with emerging consumer crypto trends, evaluating new opportunities in real-time.
- Serve as a key liaison between Arbitrum and partner projects, effectively communicating product updates and collecting feedback.
- Support partner companies through migration or deployment on Arbitrum, offering guidance on best practices.
- Provide valuable insights to shape product and ecosystem strategy, representing external voices internally.
- Help partners align their goals with blockchain capabilities to maximize business impact.
What You’ll Need
- Deep familiarity with the crypto space, ideally through hands-on experience at a consumer-focused Web3 project or ecosystem.
- A genuine passion for blockchain and the ability to articulate its value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to build trust and align stakeholders around a shared vision.
- Proven experience closing complex partnerships and navigating high-stakes business development discussions.
- A broad professional network and strong reputation in the Web3 industry.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and influence internal teams with external insights.
- Comfort with public speaking and representing the team in high-visibility settings.
Bonus Points For
- Prior experience at a high-growth technology or blockchain company.
- A background in business development, ecosystem growth, or venture partnerships.
- Deep understanding of consumer crypto behavior and product-market fit in Web3.
