Description

As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Arbitrum’s presence across institutional banking and enterprise sectors. Leveraging our position as a leader in Ethereum scaling, you'll bridge the gap between cutting-edge blockchain infrastructure and the evolving needs of large financial organizations.

What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and deepen strategic partnerships with financial institutions, banks, and large enterprises.
• Understand and communicate the unique value proposition of Arbitrum's technology in the context of financial services and institutional adoption.
• Identify and research institutions exploring crypto-enabled financial products and services.
• Facilitate smooth technical integration and collaboration between client and internal engineering teams, resolving blockers proactively.
• Launch and lead new partnership initiatives that grow Arbitrum's influence and utility in the financial sector.
• Act as a conduit between partners and internal stakeholders, communicating product advancements and gathering feedback to help shape our roadmap.

What You’ll Need

• Experience in business development or partnerships in the fintech or blockchain industry, with a proven track record of working with large institutions.
• A strong understanding of blockchain technology and its real-world applications, particularly within the financial ecosystem.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to identify, pitch, and close high-value partnerships.
• Capable of coordinating cross-functional alignment and guiding internal teams toward strategic partnership execution.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences—and vice versa.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
