Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to support and work alongside the CEO in their day-to-day activities.As a Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO to manage priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee operational efficiency across the organisation. You will also be responsible for creating and implementing processes, managing special projects, and providing strategic insights.
This team member loves creating and implementing new operational processes, while keeping perspective of the overall market and strategic objectives of the business to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
The team member will also serve as a thought partner to the entire leadership team and proactively identify opportunities to add value.
A successful candidate will thrive in high-velocity, unstructured environments, collaborating with diverse teams and is proficient at optimizing business processes, driving execution, and demonstrates unwavering follow through.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the CEO, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times while handling some of the most strategic projects.
- Act as an extension to the CEO and be able to make strategic decisions.
- Create and implement processes to streamline operations and drive efficiency across the organization.
- Manage communication and coordination among senior leaders to ensure timely and effective decision-making.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team based on data analysis and industry trends.
- Drive functional delivery of key team, org, and company-wide initiatives.
- Planning and Business Rhythm: Run organizational planning in alignment with all functions to develop objectives setting & processes, reporting processes (e.g., QBRs), resource planning and hiring, internal engagement, and communications.
- Business Process Improvement: Manage and improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize to promote effective operations. This includes optimizing day-to-day business operations, launching and scaling new initiatives, creating and deploying new operational processes.
- Partner to Human Resources: Support the creation of leadership development strategies, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and events.
- Take ownership of strategic projects and drive them forward from end to end.
What You'll Need
- 6+ years in project management or strategy and operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams around the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem and products.
- Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.
- Ability to think strategically and tackle open-ended problems with strong problem-solving skills.
- Confidence leaning into change management to anticipate and play out issues before they arise.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to digest complex data and present findings in a clear manner that drives decision-making and outcomes, influencing others to act.
- Ability to go beyond the recommendation to execution.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills to effectively influence and manage expectations with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Hunger to learn new things and grow.
