Description
As a data-driven and proactive Financial Analyst with experience in a SaaS environment, you will own financial reporting, analyze key metrics, and support strategic decision-making at Cardata. You will play a key role in driving financial insights that shape business decisions, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.What You'll Be Doing
Financial Reporting & Analysis:- Prepare comprehensive reports on financial performance and key metrics for both internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, board, and bank reporting.
- Manage and maintain the cash model, budget, and financial forecasts to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Own ARR reporting and conduct budget vs. actual (BvA) analysis, providing insights to educate stakeholders, track financial performance, and drive performance improvements.
- Evaluate the financial impact of partnerships and expansion opportunities through financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations for growth strategies and investment decisions.

What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis in a SaaS company.
- Experience working in a small company and/or start-up environment.
- Proven ability to execute financial analysis tasks independently and take ownership of reporting processes.
- Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and SaaS metric calculations.
- Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and financial reporting software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to support decision-making at all levels.
- A growth mindset and drive to learn, continuously improving financial processes and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Highly organized, reliable, and accountable—able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
