- Lead the Charge – Own and execute our marketing strategy to drive lead generation, paid ads, website traffic, and SEO.
- Scale Our Digital Presence – Develop and implement a killer social media and content strategy that builds our brand.
- Optimize & Convert – Oversee web design strategy to enhance user experience and maximize conversions.
- Fuel Growth – Manage campaigns across multiple channels to optimize performance and ROI.
- Analyze & Adapt – Use data to refine strategies, track KPIs, and drive smarter decisions.
- Build Thought Leadership – Grow both the company's and your personal online presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Substack, and industry blogs to position Insured Nomads as a leader in global insurance.
- Collaborate Closely – Work side by side with the Chief of Staff and leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals.
What You Bring
- Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Deep knowledge of SEO, paid ads, content strategy, and conversion optimization
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize marketing performance
- Experience in global health, travel, fintech, or insurtech (a huge plus!)
- A creative, strategic, and analytical mindset
