Description
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us grow our online presence, optimize performance marketing, and engage with our global community. You’ll play a key role in SEO, social media management, paid ads, and content strategy, working alongside the Chief of Staff and Head of Marketing to execute high-impact campaigns.What You’ll Do
- SEO & Content Optimization – Enhance organic search rankings through keyword research, content strategy, and technical SEO best practices.
- Social Media Management – Own the posting, engagement, and growth of our LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms to build brand awareness and community.
- Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing – Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Content Creation & Strategy – Work with the marketing team to develop and execute engaging digital content across multiple channels.
- Analytics & Optimization – Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and continuously refine strategies based on data insights.
- Collaboration & Execution – Work closely with the Chief of Staff and Head of Marketing to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Marketing Automation & CRM – Support campaign automation, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing through our CRM and marketing tools.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or paid ads
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- A deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM platforms, and email marketing
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns
- Experience in insurtech, fintech, healthtech, or traveltech (a plus!)
- A creative, growth-oriented approach to digital marketing and audience engagement
