Description

As our Partner & Client Success Associate, you’ll play a key role in expanding and strengthening our partner network, activating sales, and ensuring top-tier customer and partner support. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify & Acquire New Partners – Research, outreach, and onboard new distribution partners to expand our global network.
  • Retain & Activate Partners – Develop strategies to increase engagement and drive more sales from existing partners.
  • Support Partner & Client Success – Be the go-to resource for partners and clients, answering questions via website chat, email, and other support channels.
  • Enhance Partner Experience – Collaborate with the Partner & Client Success Lead to create initiatives that improve partner satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop Sales & Retention Strategies – Assist in crafting data-driven strategies to increase partner loyalty and optimize partner performance.
  • Provide Product & Partnership Support – Educate partners on our offerings, helping them understand and sell our insurance products more effectively.
  • Track & Report Performance – Monitor key partner and customer engagement metrics, providing insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Collaborate with Leadership – Work closely with the Chief of Staff and Partner & Client Success Lead to align efforts with overall company goals.

What You Bring

  • Recent graduate (0-2 years of experience) with a passion for business development, client success, or partnerships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to engage and retain partners with compelling strategies
  • Comfort with customer service, email/chat support, and problem-solving
  • Interest in sales enablement, partner activation, and business growth strategies
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in insurtech, fintech, or traveltech (a plus, but not required!)
