We need a Social Media Specialist to help us expand our reach across Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit. Your mission? Create, engage, and grow—leading strategy, content creation, and audience interaction while analyzing performance to optimize results.

This role starts as a 3-month contract, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Social Strategy – Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy for Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit.
• Content Creation & Scheduling – Craft engaging, high-quality posts, videos, and discussions that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Community Building – Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster discussions that strengthen our online presence.
• Monitor & Analyze Performance – Track key social media metrics, optimize campaigns, and report insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Trendspotting & Innovation – Stay ahead of trends, leveraging new social media features and viral opportunities.
• Reputation Management – Build brand credibility and trust by ensuring authentic and meaningful interactions.
• Collaboration - You'll work closely with the Chief of Staff & Head of Marketing as well as the Marketing team to analyze, strategize, and build our online brand presence.

What You Bring

• 1-3 years of social media experience, ideally focused on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit
• Proven ability to grow and engage online & travel communities
• Strong content creation skills – short-form video, graphics, and captions that resonate
• Analytical mindset – ability to track performance and optimize strategy
• Passion for remote work, travel, or global lifestyle trends
• Based in Europe or Asia (ideal)
