Description
As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of high-level priorities and strategic initiatives across the company. You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff and closely alongside our CEO. This role blends classic EA responsibilities with operations, marketing, and growth enablement—perfect for someone who is detail-obsessed, intellectually curious, and hungry to build in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.You’ll be the backbone of executive coordination and a trusted operator who helps drive internal clarity, external presence, and momentum across global functions.
What You’ll Do
Executive Support & Strategic Operations- Manage calendar, travel, inbox, and scheduling for the Chief of Staff and CEO.
- Track key initiatives, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met and priorities stay on track.
- Prepare meeting briefs, internal communications, and high-level decks or documents.
- Organize executive meetings, investor calls, and company-wide events.
- Implement workflows and systems that improve visibility and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate on marketing and growth campaigns—from research to execution.
- Coordinate with our marketing team to support product launches, affiliate outreach, and ambassador program operations.
- Support the preparation of brand decks, investor updates, and partnership collateral.
- Track engagement data across social, newsletters, and campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategy development.
- Draft, edit, and polish executive communications, blog posts, and speaking submissions.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the online presence and thought leadership of the Chief of Staff and CEO.
- Support PR outreach, conference appearances, podcast interviews, and other external-facing opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff Associate, or in an Operations support role.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing complex workflows with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills—clear, professional, and on-brand.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Canva, Zoom, and marketing tools like HubSpot or analytics dashboards.
- Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced, remote startup environments.
- Deep interest in the future of work, insurtech, global mobility, and digital nomadism.
