Responsibilities
Data Management- Meticulously collect, rigorously clean, and thoroughly validate data to maintain high-quality and exceptionally reliable datasets.
- Proactively coordinate and expertly oversee data integration efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient data flows across systems.
- Maintain and continuously enhance our databases to guarantee the ongoing consistency, accuracy, and overall integrity of stored data.
- Proactively identify, effectively troubleshoot, and swiftly resolve any data quality issues that may arise.
- Clearly and comprehensively document all data processes, underlying systems, and established workflows for internal reference and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and deliver engaging training resources in close collaboration with our Enablement team to enhance overall team proficiency with essential data tools and established processes.
- Expertly utilize Salesforce data for comprehensive analysis, insightful reporting, and proactive quality monitoring.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance dynamic dashboards and compelling visualizations using advanced Excel functions (including pivot tables and macros), Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce dashboards.
- Generate both regular and ad-hoc reports to effectively track critical business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to thoroughly understand their specific data needs and deliver tailored reporting solutions that meet their unique requirements.
- Effectively translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights that are easily understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Knowledge, Experience, Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a closely related field, OR 1–2 years of demonstrable experience in a data-focused role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in both SQL and Excel, including the effective use of macros and Power Query.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce data, including reporting functionalities and data extraction tools (e.g., Salesforce reports, Data Loader, CRM integrations).
- Hands-on experience building insightful reports and dynamic dashboards within Salesforce and utilizing data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Familiarity with essential data cleaning and transformation techniques.
- A solid understanding of key business metrics relevant to a SaaS environment (e.g., MRR, churn, LTV) is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with large datasets while maintaining exceptional attention to detail during data validation and reporting processes.
