Description
As we continue to expand our innovative product portfolio and strengthen our global presence, our dynamic Professional Services department is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of the industry's most trusted cyber-physical system (CPS) protection platform—ultimately minimizing risk and maximizing resilience for our valued customers.In this crucial role, you will be responsible for leading the seamless execution of customer-facing projects, consistently ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while driving operational excellence within our delivery processes. You will collaborate closely with diverse cross-functional teams and our clients to meticulously meet project objectives, proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, and continuously optimize our delivery efficiency. Additionally, a key aspect of your role will involve expertly coordinating comprehensive customer training sessions to ensure successful product adoption.

In this role, you will
- Project Execution & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end, seamless execution of customer engagements, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within defined scope, and to the highest quality standards, while consistently maintaining a strong focus on achieving exceptional customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence in our delivery methodologies.
- Manage multiple implementations concurrently: Effectively manage and prioritize multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring each receives the necessary attention and resources for successful completion.
- Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: Proactively identify evolving customer needs and ensure a smooth and positive project lifecycle experience while cultivating and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with our customers.
- Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Diligently identify potential project risks and anticipate potential roadblocks, develop proactive and effective mitigation strategies, and drive timely resolution of issues in close alignment with both internal and customer objectives.
- Provide consistent status reporting: Generate and disseminate clear and concise status reports for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely awareness of project successes, potential risks, and overall project progress.
- Conduct project cadence calls: Facilitate regular project cadence calls with Customers or Partners whenever necessary to maintain clear communication and alignment.
- Motivate and drive project members: Effectively motivate and guide project team members to consistently meet established deadlines, proactively identify and remove obstacles hindering progress, and clearly understand when escalation is necessary to prevent scope creep and any negative impact on the project’s successful outcome.
- Training Operations Management: Expertly coordinate comprehensive customer training sessions and provide dedicated support to customers by addressing any questions or challenges related to our training programs.
- Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives: Actively contribute to internal process enhancement initiatives, aligning with overarching company objectives to improve operational efficiency, optimize key performance metrics, and directly support overall business growth.
- Operational Reporting & Metrics Tracking: Diligently monitor key project performance indicators (KPIs), generate insightful analyses, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve project execution, enhance efficiency, and optimize customer outcomes.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have
- Proven project management experience within the cybersecurity, information technology (IT), or professional services industries.

- Tool Proficiency: You have demonstrable experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and industry-standard project management tools such as MS Project or equivalent platforms.
- Flexibility: You are open to and willing to travel when required, demonstrating strong adaptability to diverse cultural and operational environments.
- Technical Acumen: You possess the ability to understand technical requirements articulated by customers and effectively communicate those requirements to relevant project team members.
- Certification in Project Management or equivalent professional certification (such as PMI-PMP or PRINCE2) is considered a valuable plus.
