Description
As we aggressively expand our innovative product portfolio and strengthen our global market presence, our dynamic Marketing department is seeking a highly strategic and influential Head of Solutions and Product Marketing to spearhead our comprehensive efforts across product marketing, technical product marketing, and solutions marketing for our industry-leading Operational Technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity platform.This is a critical executive leadership role reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and demanding close partnership with Product Management, Sales, and regional teams. In this position, you will be instrumental in effectively bridging our category-leading technical innovation with compelling and easily understood customer value—with a particular focus on Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), senior security leaders, and other key members of large enterprise buying teams responsible for safeguarding extensive OT/IoT environments.

In this role, you will
- Help shape markets and define our category: You will lead strategic initiatives to proactively identify emerging market trends, strategically shape market perceptions, and define innovative new product categories to firmly position our company as a recognized market leader.
- Lead impactful product launches: You’ll spearhead the strategic planning and flawless execution of all product launches, ensuring a tightly synchronized approach across marketing, sales, and product teams to maximize market impact and accelerate adoption rates. Your team will be responsible for overseeing meticulous launch timelines, seamlessly coordinating cross-functional efforts, and driving in-depth post-launch analysis to continually refine and improve our new product introduction strategies.
- Build strategic messaging, positioning, and differentiation: You’ll lead the development of clear, effective, and highly compelling product messaging that powerfully distinguishes our platform within the competitive marketplace. You’ll guide your team to ensure all messaging deeply resonates with the specific needs and preferences of our diverse buyer personas, including both enterprise executives and technical mid-management.
- Craft compelling value propositions: You’ll lead the team in drafting distinct and persuasive value propositions meticulously tailored to different key buyer segments, clearly articulating the tangible business outcomes and strategic value delivered for executive stakeholders and the specific technical benefits for operational management.
- Solution Marketing: Define and clearly articulate compelling use-case-driven and industry-specific value propositions (e.g., energy, manufacturing, transportation), expertly mapping our product capabilities directly to critical customer pain points and desired business outcomes.
- Thought Leadership: Strategically shape the authoritative voice of the company within critical cybersecurity conversations—helping us lead the OT/IoT cybersecurity category by providing insightful analysis, identifying key trends, and articulating forward-thinking points of view (POVs). You will serve as a key spokesperson and passionate evangelist for our innovative solution, representing the company at prominent industry conferences, impactful virtual events, and in strategic media interactions.
- CISO-Focused Content: Drive the creation of high-impact and strategically relevant content and materials that directly resonate with enterprise cybersecurity decision-makers, including CISOs, their direct teams, and their crucial cross-functional partners.
- Oversee product-related marketing and sales enablement content: You’ll lead the team in the creation of high-impact marketing collateral and essential sales tools that effectively and persuasively communicate the unique value proposition of our platform to both executive and technical buyers.
- Customer & Market Insights: Effectively leverage valuable customer feedback, comprehensive market research, and in-depth competitor analysis to strategically inform our product positioning, core messaging, and critical roadmap alignment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Foster strong collaboration with Product, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and regional teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging and drive coordinated go-to-market (GTM) execution across all channels.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of talented product marketers and solutions marketers with deep domain expertise and genuine customer empathy.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have
- 15+ years of progressive experience in B2B product marketing, with a minimum of 5+ years in a senior product marketing leadership role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Deep and demonstrable domain expertise in OT/IoT cybersecurity and a strong, nuanced understanding of the enterprise security buyer—especially the CISO, security operations teams, and risk/compliance leaders.
- A proven and verifiable track record of successfully defining new market categories, developing highly effective marketing strategies, and creating compelling and persuasive product messaging.
- A strong and consistent track record of building differentiated product positioning and impactful messaging in both crowded and emerging markets.
- Significant experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and business-oriented value propositions—effectively tailored to diverse buyers, key influencers, and specific industry verticals.
- Demonstrated success in leading successful product launches, driving complex cross-functional initiatives, and building effective sales and partner enablement assets.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, with a keen eye for clarity, logical structure, and appropriate tone for various audiences.
- Comfortable and effective operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, and globally distributed environment.
- Strong leadership and exceptional people management skills; proven experience building and scaling a product marketing management (PMM) or solutions marketing function from the ground up is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
