We are seeking a proactive and communicative Outstaff Project Coordinator to support our team members on client projects. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful integration and performance of our team within our clients' organizations. You will act as a key point of contact, facilitating smooth collaboration and addressing any challenges that may arise.

Your Responsibilities

• Team Member Onboarding and Adaptation: Facilitate the seamless onboarding and integration of our team members into client teams, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to perform successfully.
• Individual Support and Issue Resolution: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to identify any bottlenecks, challenges, or areas for improvement in their project work.
• Client Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, proactively gathering feedback on the performance of our team members and working collaboratively to resolve any issues.
• Client Needs Identification: Work closely with Delivery and Account Managers to understand and identify potential additional needs of our clients, contributing to the growth of our partnerships.
• Regular Reporting: Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to the client, providing clear updates on team performance and progress.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Softermii Project Managers and client-side teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Our Requirements

• Understanding of SDLC and Team Roles: A solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and the various roles within a development team.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and work with feedback from both team members and clients.
• Proactive and Responsible Approach: A proactive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a genuine desire to learn and grow within project management.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities: The ability to plan tasks effectively, analyze problems methodically, and identify practical solutions.
• Fluent English: Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency is essential for daily communication with international clients.
• Basic Analytical Skills: The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret information to support decision-making.
• Google Workspace Proficiency: Confident use of Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Experience with Jira and Confluence is a significant plus.
• Foundational IT Team Experience: Basic experience in project management or active participation in IT teams (through internships, volunteering, personal projects, etc.) is considered a valuable asset.

It Would Be Cool If You Have

• HR Background: Previous experience or knowledge in Human Resources practices.
