Description

As a Product Operations Contractor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the core Product Operations team in meeting critical Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our Assisted API products. While this is not a client-facing position, your work will directly impact the experience of end-users and developers interacting with Finch.

Competencies We're Looking For

• Data Handling Expertise: Proven experience efficiently managing and manipulating structured data across various formats (e.g., Excel, CSV, JSON).
• Data Transformation Skills: Familiarity and comfort with utilizing data formatting and transformation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python scripts).
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A strong commitment to accuracy and the ability to consistently follow repeatable processes with precision.
• Exceptional Organization and Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to stay highly organized, effectively triage multiple priorities, and maintain focused execution on tasks from initiation to completion.
• Time-Sensitive Execution: Skilled at working backward efficiently from key timelines, understanding the urgency driven by the 24-hour SLA for most processes.
• Comfort with Ambiguity: Ability to navigate and resolve complex problems effectively, even when faced with ambiguous situations.
• Automation Acumen (Plus): Prior experience with scripting or automation tools is considered a valuable asset.
• HR/Payroll Knowledge (Plus): Familiarity with fundamental HR and payroll concepts is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Formatting and Transformation: Diligently review and format large datasets. Ensure precise data formatting according to established specifications and templates.
• Script and Tool Execution: Execute automated scripts and utilize various tools that are integral to our data processing pipeline.
• Rigorous Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on processed outputs to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and strict adherence to established standards.
