What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing operations strategies designed to maximize lead generation, optimize nurture campaigns, and deliver exceptional marketing ROI.
  • Strategically manage and continuously optimize our core marketing technology stack, including HubSpot (for marketing automation and CRM), Chili Piper (or equivalent lead routing software), Clay (or similar data enrichment tools), and Google Analytics (for robust web analytics).
  • Architect and implement precise UTM tracking and seamless conversion data integration to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance and effectively tie marketing traffic and ad clicks directly to tangible revenue outcomes.
  • Provide critical infrastructure and implementation support for performance marketing initiatives, encompassing paid advertising campaigns, rigorous conversion testing methodologies, and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and reporting tools, particularly Google Analytics, to meticulously track key marketing performance metrics, proactively identify emerging trends, and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop data-informed marketing operations strategies.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of our evolving marketing processes and key customer engagement motions to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Take ownership of change management planning and the seamless implementation of new and existing marketing processes across relevant teams.
  • Partner closely with frontline team members to ensure our systems, data integrity, and operational processes are directly contributing to increased effectiveness and overall efficiency.

What you'll need to be successful

  • Strong alignment with our core values (refer to our career page for details).
  • Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
  • Deep and demonstrable understanding of performance marketing principles and execution, including paid advertising strategies, rigorous conversion testing methodologies, and comprehensive marketing data tagging and integration (including UTM parameters, conversion pixels, and the seamless passing of deal and user_id data to integrate various marketing data sources).
  • Proven experience with HubSpot, Chili Piper (or a comparable lead routing solution), Clay (or a similar data enrichment platform), and Google Analytics.
  • Successful experience in running thorough software evaluations and implementing seamlessly integrated solutions across diverse marketing teams.
  • Firm understanding of the entire customer journey and the critical impact of marketing systems and tools at each distinct stage.
  • Ability to effectively interpret process gaps, identify their underlying root causes, and propose well-reasoned and impactful solutions.
  • Significant experience managing a large and complex marketing technology stack, coupled with the technical acumen to optimize intricate system integrations.
  • A holistic and strategic thinker capable of managing multiple objectives and assignments concurrently while effectively supporting initiatives across several cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a high-performing and fast-paced work environment.
  • A user-centric and empathetic approach to introducing and managing business change initiatives.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to consider all interconnected components of a system before taking action or recommending a solution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive self-starter with strong analytical capabilities and a proven ability to deliver on goals with minimal direct supervision.
