You will be at the forefront of driving investment decisions across our liquid token portfolio. The ideal candidate possesses a potent combination of robust analytical capabilities and a deep, practical understanding of cryptocurrency markets – demonstrated by active usage and investment across various protocols and diverse blockchain ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Investment Analysis & Research:

• Conduct comprehensive and rigorous market analysis spanning global macroeconomics and the digital asset landscape.
• Perform in-depth research into prevailing macro trends, specific protocols, and emerging sector narratives within the crypto space.
• Identify, evaluate, and assess high-potential investment opportunities across various crypto assets and protocols.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and robust valuation frameworks to inform investment decisions.
• Create detailed and well-articulated investment memoranda for thorough committee review and decision-making.

Portfolio Management Support:

• Provide crucial support for trading and execution activities related to approved investment strategies and deals.
• Diligently monitor portfolio performance and key risk metrics, generating comprehensive monthly performance reports.
• Track progress against established investment objectives and proactively identify portfolio rebalancing needs.
• Maintain meticulous and organized documentation for all investment activities and decisions.

Strategic Development:

• Actively build and nurture key relationships within the cryptocurrency industry.
• Serve as a knowledgeable subject matter expert on current and emerging market trends within the digital asset space.
• Provide strong support to senior investment managers in the effective execution of investment strategies.
• Actively participate in insightful investment committee discussions, contributing valuable perspectives and analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct crypto investment experience (actively using protocols & trading/investing). Applications will only be considered if this crucial requirement is met.
• Must submit a concise cover letter briefly detailing your crypto investment experience, including:
• Specific examples of past crypto investments, highlighting both successes and key lessons learned.
• Your current market view/thesis on the cryptocurrency landscape and specific projects that currently pique your interest.
• Your preferred approach/style of investing and your primary areas of focus within the crypto space (e.g., specific sectors like DeFi or infrastructure, preferred blockchain ecosystems like ETH or SOL).
