Description
Fi is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to extract insights, build interactive dashboards, and collaborate with our Finance, Sales, & Marketing teams to solve complex business problems. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with finance, sales, & marketing teams to identify and define data requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with data engineers while learning how to build and/or optimize data pipelines.
- Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate meaningful insights.
- Develop and implement predictive data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to solve/optimize business problems and build predictive forecasts.
- Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies.
- Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure and track business performance.
- Proactively monitor data quality, identify data gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics and apply them to enhance data analysis capabilities within the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.).
- 2+ years as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
- Skilled in data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
- Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for actionable insights.
- Proficient in Python, with an emphasis on developing models.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with our tech stack: Databricks/Spark (ETL) and Sigma Computing (BI).
- Preferred: familiarity with building and deploying machine learning models.
- Experience with big data.
- Excellent communication with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality, accurate results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
