Description

Fi is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to extract insights, build interactive dashboards, and collaborate with our Finance, Sales, & Marketing teams to solve complex business problems. This role is a unique opportunity to drive data-informed decision-making and optimize business processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with finance, sales, & marketing teams to identify and define data requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with data engineers while learning how to build and/or optimize data pipelines.
  • Extract, clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate meaningful insights.
  • Develop and implement predictive data models, algorithms, and statistical techniques to solve/optimize business problems and build predictive forecasts.
  • Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure and track business performance.
  • Proactively monitor data quality, identify data gaps or inconsistencies, and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy and integrity.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics and apply them to enhance data analysis capabilities within the organization.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, etc.).
  • 2+ years as a Data Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Skilled in data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Python, with an emphasis on developing models.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with our tech stack: Databricks/Spark (ETL) and Sigma Computing (BI).
  • Preferred: familiarity with building and deploying machine learning models.
  • Experience with big data.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality, accurate results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
