Are you a developer with a passion for optimizing sales processes and a knack for building smart solutions? Wander is looking for a Sales Enablement Engineer to join our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to automate and streamline our sales operations, with a key focus on efficiently onboarding new homes to the Wander platform. If you're driven by software design, experienced with CRM systems, curious about AI integrations, and have at least two years of development experience, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Automate and optimize the entire sales process for onboarding homes onto the Wander platform.
• Maintain and enhance our Hubspot CRM system, ensuring its effectiveness and scalability.
• Integrate and manage RingCentral with our existing software ecosystem for seamless communication.
• Implement and integrate cutting-edge AI sales tools like Clay.com, Sybill.ai, and other similar platforms.
• Develop custom integrations and AI automations primarily using TypeScript or Python.
• Create and maintain essential utilities for the sales team within our software ecosystem.
• Design and build insightful data dashboards for comprehensive sales performance tracking and analysis.
• Collaborate closely with both sales and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance our sales enablement efforts.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• A true passion for writing code and automating processes.
• 2+ years of professional development experience, preferably in a sales enablement or CRM-related role.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python.
• Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Hubspot.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their practical applications in sales.
• A strong understanding of API integrations and data management.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
• The ability to design and implement robust solutions based on the specific needs of the sales team.
• Commitment to writing readable, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code.
• Capability to provide detailed reviews of pull requests from other developers on the team.
• Strong work ethic and excellent problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for building and optimizing systems.

Our Tech Stack

• Our core platform and API are entirely written in TypeScript, while our data platform primarily uses Python. In this role, you'll be working within this existing ecosystem. Our Core API is provided over REST and interfaces with a PostgreSQL database via Prisma. You'll also have exciting opportunities to work with various AI tools and integrate them directly into our sales processes.
