At Wander, we're revolutionizing the travel experience, and we're seeking a Product Manager for the Marketplace to lead the development and optimization of our core platform. In this role, you'll shape how users discover and book extraordinary travel experiences, blending your exceptional design sensibility, deep analytical expertise, and strong product acumen to drive growth, boost customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for Wander’s marketplace, aligning tightly with our design, engineering, and business teams.
• Drive product decisions using rich qualitative insights, rigorous data analysis, and iterative A/B testing.
• Collaborate seamlessly with designers to create beautiful, intuitive, and high-converting user experiences.
• Define clear success metrics, diligently measure results, and rapidly iterate to continuously enhance marketplace performance.
• Communicate effectively across all teams, ensuring crystal-clear understanding and strong alignment around product strategy and execution.
• Stay keenly attuned to user needs, emerging market trends, and competitor dynamics to inform strategic product decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally within marketplace platforms, e-commerce, or consumer-facing technology.
• Proven track record in designing and successfully launching products with outstanding user experience.
• Expert-level skills in analytics tools and methodologies, including A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and sophisticated data interpretation.
• Exceptional taste in design and user experience, with the ability to thoughtfully critique and meaningfully improve design proposals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with a genuine passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working asynchronously and collaboratively within a remote-first environment.
• Proactive, self-driven, and genuinely passionate about elevating the user experience.

Bonus Points

• Background or strong interest in travel-tech, hospitality, or similar industries.
• Background in software engineering or a demonstrated ability to deeply understand technical systems, architecture, and technical tradeoffs.
• Previous experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.
