Description
Wander is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our dynamic team and drive growth in our B2B channel. This is an exciting opportunity to expand our homeowner pipeline and secure new business at a rapidly developing company, offering you visibility into some of the world's most beautiful locations.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Secure and qualify leads through inbound and outbound phone and email outreach, identifying prime sales opportunities.
- Follow up on inbound leads generated from various marketing campaigns to convert them into qualified prospects.
- Proactively contact potential partners through outbound cold calls and emails to target and engage new homeowners.
- Nurture prospects by uncovering their needs, offering relevant resources, and clearly articulating why Wander is the perfect fit for them.
- Engage confidently with decision-makers using targeted and insightful questions, providing comprehensive information about Wander's services and homes, and demonstrating how we can solve their challenges.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Wander's portfolio of homes and our comprehensive concierge processes.
- Document all outbound and inbound activity and meticulously maintain partner details within your self-managed pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing, product management, and concierge teams to ensure seamless processes and aligned strategies.
What You'll Bring (Required Qualifications)
- A strong background in sales and business development with a proven track record of success.
- Self-directed and highly motivated, with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability for your results.
- Ability to generate and qualify leads effectively through thorough research and strategic networking.
- Comfortable with cold-calling, emailing, and attending events as needed to network and meet prospects in person.
- Skilled in creating compelling presentation materials, generating persuasive proposals, and successfully closing deals with homeowners.
- Proven ability to foster long-term relationships with partners, growing business over time and upselling future opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Interested in long-term employment and career development at a growing company with a tight-knit culture.

- Confident and resourceful, with a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with product and engineering organizations to help roadmap new feature developments based on sales needs.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant sales or business development experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
