Description
Reporting directly to Thomas, CMO/Co-founder, you will be instrumental in scaling our user base from 30 million to 100 million within the next 12 months, all while optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV at scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role from day one where you'll directly manage campaigns and, once you prove meaningful results, build and lead your own team.You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging deep analytical skills, driving high-velocity testing, and continuously improving our acquisition funnels. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Ownership and Scaling- Take full ownership of paid media campaigns across direct-buy and programmatic networks (e.g., Exoclick, TrafficStars), with potential to expand scope across new, emerging channels.
- Build highly scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets in mind — from comprehensive media planning to flawless execution and continuous iteration.
- Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to optimize for Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Monitor campaign performance daily using advanced tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
- Drive strategic decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and detailed cohort behavior.
- Build and maintain robust internal reporting frameworks that guide both strategic shifts and tactical moves.
- Own the entire creative briefing process: define compelling hooks, effective formats, and winning angles based on performance patterns and insights.
- Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iteratively optimize high-converting landing pages.
- Implement scalable systems to significantly reduce creative fatigue and increase the speed of testing.
- Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key traffic sources and expertly negotiate premium placements and custom deals.
- Proactively explore new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools) and build internal evaluation criteria for their viability.
- Stay ahead of ecosystem changes (platform rules, algorithm shifts) and rapidly adapt strategy accordingly.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation and the development of internal tools.
- Create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and experiment pipelines for efficiently scaling campaigns.
- Hire and manage a high-performing team of performance marketers once traction and ROI are conclusively proven.
Challenges You’ll Tackle
- Aggressive User Growth: Scale the user base from 30M to 100M within the next 12 months, relentlessly optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV at scale.
- Scalable Creative Engine: Build and lead processes to brief, test, and iterate on performance-driven ad creatives at high velocity — and hire supporting talent as needed.
- Systematize Landing Page Production: Own the end-to-end process to launch, test, and scale high-converting landing pages across all acquisition funnels.
- Launch New Channels: Identify, test, and strategically scale new paid traffic sources beyond existing ones — bringing structure, speed, and efficiency to every new initiative.
- New Product Go-to-Market: Potentially lead go-to-market strategies for new products under our holding, applying your proven acquisition playbooks to 0→1 launches.
- Prove Performance to Earn Leadership: This is a hands-on role from day one. You’ll run campaigns directly and once you deliver meaningful, quantifiable results, you’ll earn the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team.
Your Qualifications
Hard Skills- 8+ years of extensive experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance media.
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns with clear, measurable business impact (e.g., significant CPA reduction, substantial revenue growth).
- Deep knowledge of media buying mechanics: including intricate tracking setups, postbacks, UTMs, and pixel optimization.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills — you live in spreadsheets and dashboards, deriving actionable insights from complex data.
- Extensive experience running and scaling campaigns on major platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
- Proven ability to lead creative strategy — expertly briefing, testing, and iterating on UGC, static, and video ads at scale.
- Significant experience in direct-response marketing (DTC, gaming, high-ticket funnels, or similar industries).
- Hands-on mindset: You’ve personally managed campaigns yourself, not just directed others.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments characterized by imperfect data and rapid iteration cycles.
- Experience managing people or agencies — and a strong motivation to build your own team once you’ve earned the opportunity.
- Bonus: Familiarity with compliance-sensitive traffic sources or high-risk funnels.
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English).
