Key Responsibilities

  • Media Buying and Optimization: Strategically plan, execute, and continuously optimize media buying campaigns across a diverse set of channels, including direct buys with publishers and leading adult ad networks such as Exoclick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, Adsterra, and others.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Voluum, GA4, internal dashboards) to meticulously monitor ad performance, conduct rigorous A/B tests, and make swift, data-driven decisions to maximize campaign efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
  • Automation and Advanced Tools: Implement and leverage cutting-edge automation tools and software to enhance campaign management, streamline operational processes, and drive superior performance.
  • Creative Testing and Optimization: Continuously test and optimize ad creatives across all formats, adapting rapidly based on real-time performance metrics and market feedback to combat ad fatigue and improve engagement.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key publishers, ad networks, and other strategic partners to secure favorable ad placements and negotiate optimal terms.
  • Market Research and Adaptation: Stay proactively informed on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and critical platform policy changes within the adult digital advertising landscape to quickly adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Generate detailed, insightful performance reports, conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to refine and scale advertising strategies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all campaigns strictly comply with platform regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements, proactively managing risks associated with advertising adult content.

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills
  • Experience in Adult Industry Media Buying: Minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in media buying within the adult industry, with a proven track record of success in managing high-volume campaigns on platforms like Exoclick, TrafficJunky, and TrafficStars.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Voluum, and other industry-specific platforms to effectively monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with various ad formats (e.g., banners, preroll, push traffic, popunders, in-page push, interstitials) and a strong understanding of their strategic application within diverse media buying strategies.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Management: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to secure optimal terms and build strong, long-term partnerships with publishers and networks.
  • Creative Optimization: Expertise in testing and optimizing creatives, effectively managing ad fatigue, and seamlessly coordinating with creative teams for efficient content production.
  • Adaptability and Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions, evolving platform regulations, and emerging opportunities.
