Description
Reporting directly to our CMO Thomas, this is a high-impact, hands-on, and highly creative role where you will be instrumental in driving user acquisition and engagement through cutting-edge video advertising. If you're a video editing and post-production expert with a passion for performance-driven creative, a deep understanding of the adult/adult-adjacent space, and a knack for leveraging AI, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
- Create High-Performing Video Ads: Develop and produce high-performing video advertisements specifically tailored for diverse digital platforms (Socials, Adult sites) with an unwavering focus on user acquisition and engagement metrics.
- Lead Editing & Post-Production: Take full ownership of the editing and post-production process for all marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging, emotionally compelling, and meticulously optimized for conversion.
- Collaborate on Concepts & Storyboards: Work closely and collaboratively with the broader marketing and creative teams to develop innovative concepts and storyboards that are directly aligned with performance data and overarching campaign objectives.
- Leverage AI Tools: Proactively implement and leverage advanced AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, and other generative video technologies to significantly enhance creative output, accelerate production timelines, and explore new creative frontiers.
- Maintain High Visual Standards: Uphold a consistently high standard of visual storytelling while demonstrating the agility to adapt to rapid feedback and iterate quickly based on performance data.
- Optimize Video Content: Optimize video content meticulously for various formats, aspect ratios, and channel-specific best practices to maximize impact and deliverability.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor and integrate the latest trends in short-form advertising, particularly within the adult/adult-adjacent space, to consistently bring fresh, innovative, and effective ideas to the table.
- Ensure Compliance & Push Boundaries: Ensure all content rigorously complies with platform policies and brand guidelines, while simultaneously pushing creative boundaries to stand out.
Your Qualifications
Hard Skills- 4+ years of professional experience in video editing, with a strong and diverse portfolio of ads specifically created for paid marketing campaigns.
- Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design within the context of performance-driven creative.
- Proven hands-on experience using generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc., and a demonstrated ability to integrate them effectively into your video editing workflow.
- Expert proficiency with industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong grasp of current trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising, particularly excelling in pre-roll ads, TikTok-style rapid-fire edits, and fast-paced performance creative.
- Familiarity with key advertising KPIs such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), CR (Conversion Rate), CPM (Cost Per Mille), and ROAS (Return On Ad Spend), and a proven ability to optimize creative based on this performance data.
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English, both written and verbal).
- Goal-oriented, high ownership, and unwavering commitment to achieving ambitious targets.
