Description

Reporting directly to our CMO, this is a hands-on execution role focused on scaling performance across key paid acquisition channels. You’ll begin with direct ownership of 1–2 channels and have the opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities and channel ownership if your performance consistently exceeds expectations.

You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, leveraging your analytical prowess, driving high-velocity testing, and continuously improving our acquisition funnels to contribute directly to our aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Ownership and Scaling
  • Take the lead on one or two core paid acquisition channels across direct-buy and programmatic networks (e.g., ExoClick, TrafficStars, TrafficJunky, Meta, TikTok, Google), with significant potential to expand scope based on demonstrated performance.
  • Contribute actively to building highly scalable acquisition funnels — from meticulous execution to continuous iteration — with aggressive growth targets top of mind.
  • Run high-velocity testing loops (creatives, audiences, placements) to continuously improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV).
Performance Analysis and Strategy
  • Monitor campaign performance daily using advanced tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards.
  • Drive critical decision-making through deep analysis of CPA, ROAS, retention, and detailed cohort behavior.
  • Build and maintain robust internal reporting frameworks that precisely guide both strategic shifts and tactical moves.
Creative & Funnel Optimization
  • Own the creative briefing process: meticulously define compelling hooks, effective formats, and winning angles based on performance patterns and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the content and product teams to launch and iteratively optimize high-converting landing pages.
  • Implement scalable systems to significantly reduce creative fatigue and dramatically increase the speed of testing.
Partnership Management & Media Strategy
  • Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key traffic sources and expertly negotiate premium placements and custom deals.
  • Proactively explore new acquisition opportunities (networks, formats, tools) and contribute to building internal evaluation criteria for their viability.
  • Stay ahead of ecosystem changes (platform rules, algorithm shifts) and rapidly adapt strategy accordingly.
Automation & Scaling Systems
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline acquisition processes through automation and the development of internal tools.
  • Create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and experiment pipelines for efficiently scaling campaigns.

Challenges You’ll Tackle

  • Contribute significantly to growing the user base from 30M to 100M within the next 12 months, with a direct impact on optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV at scale.
  • Build and iterate on performance-driven creatives: write clear briefs, meticulously test hooks, and quickly identify winning angles.
  • Collaborate effectively with product/design teams to optimize landing pages and user funnels for maximum conversion.
  • Identify and rigorously test new paid traffic sources (programmatic, direct-buy, or social) and provide clear, actionable reports on results.
  • Earn broader ownership by consistently delivering strong results — with the potential to take on more channels and future mentoring responsibilities.

Your Qualifications

Hard Skills
  • 3–5 years of experience in user acquisition, performance media, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns with clear, measurable business impact (e.g., significant CPA reduction, consistent revenue growth).
  • Deep knowledge of media buying mechanics: including intricate tracking setups, postbacks, UTMs, and pixel optimization.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills — you are comfortable owning dashboards, living in spreadsheets, and deriving insights from data.
  • Hands-on experience with Voluum, GA4, and direct experience managing campaigns on major traffic sources like Meta, TikTok, Google and/or TrafficJunky, ExoClick, TrafficStars.
  • Familiarity with creative strategy: including briefing, testing, and iterating on static and video ads at scale.
  • Experience with landing page testing and funnel optimization.
