Description
As a Content & AI Behavior Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging user experience on our platform. This is a hands-on and strategic position where you'll blend robust content moderation with advanced AI behavior adjustment, all while navigating the nuances of our uncensored models and content.Key Responsibilities
Content Moderation- Monitor and filter inappropriate content to ensure safe and positive user interactions while maintaining the platform's unique content parameters.
- Implement and continuously update classifiers to effectively detect sensitive topics and uphold evolving community standards specific to our #NSFW context.
- Expertly use prompt engineering techniques to guide and refine AI behavior, ensuring natural and appropriate conversational interactions without compromising authenticity.
- Define and rigorously enforce content moderation policies that align with company values, legal requirements, and the specific nature of our platform.
- Ensure compliance with global content regulations and ethical standards, proactively adapting to a dynamic landscape.
- Deeply understand socially acceptable #NSFW behavior and clearly distinguish it from prohibited and unacceptable conduct on the platform, establishing clear guidelines.
- Collect and meticulously analyze user feedback to enhance moderation systems and improve AI behavior.
- Continuously improve user experience based on direct user interactions, emerging trends, and evolving content consumption patterns.
- Oversee Large Language Models (LLMs) in a multilingual environment to ensure accurate, consistent, and culturally sensitive moderation across diverse user bases.
- Address regional and cultural nuances to maintain inclusive and engaging experiences, ensuring content is appropriate globally.
Your Qualifications
Hard Skills- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related technical subjects.
- Familiarity with content moderation systems and classifiers for detecting sensitive topics, particularly within complex or adult-oriented content.
- Proficiency in administering computer systems, demonstrating comfort with technical environments.
- Proven experience with prompt engineering and LLM behavior adjustment, with a demonstrable ability to guide AI outputs.
- Experience in communicating complex technical systems to non-technical audiences (laymen).
- Experience with managing and deriving insights from large-scale customer feedback.
- Strong communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English, both written and verbal).
