Description

Superside is looking for a Motion Designer with the creativity, technical expertise, and innovative mindset to push the boundaries of motion design. You'll work with top global brands, crafting high-impact motion graphics, animated digital ads, Lottie animations, and more, all while collaborating with a world-class, globally distributed team of creatives.

This is a high-ownership role where you'll contribute to cutting-edge projects, explore new animation technologies, and help shape Superside’s creative motion capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Design engaging motion graphics for leading global brands across various formats.
• Collaborate with dedicated account teams across different time zones.
• Work on multiple simultaneous projects, executed with high attention to detail, on time and budget.
• Support creative leads to help our customers achieve goals and add business value through design.
• Take ownership of technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements.
• Work on interactive motion projects that push the limits of storytelling and engagement.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise.
• Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing are a plus).
• Experience working with Rive and Lottie animations.
• Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
• Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative tech.
• Knowledge of working with UI design systems.
• Preferably some understanding of HTML5.
